Partial Planning & Design is ideal for couples who have started planning but need expert guidance for the remaining details. We support you with cohesive design direction, thoughtful vendor selection, and ongoing coordination so everything comes together seamlessly.

Officiant services

starting at $300

Ceremony Officiant Services for the couple who wants their story told in a relaxed and romantic way while tying the knot.

Thoughtfully included

  • Unlimited communication 

  • Personalized client portal, including planning resources and a monthly planning checklist

  • Preferred vendor list 

  • Final details meeting one month before your event

  • Coordination of all vendor details: contract, arrival times, set up, guest count, etc.

  • Detailed wedding day timeline and floor plan distributed to all vendors prior to the event

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Personal Decor & Vendor Management 

    • Personal decorative items will be brought to the event venue and set up by E&R

    • Oversee vendor set up and assure all needs/requirements are filled

    • Oversee vendor break down and distribution of gratuities to all vendors 

  • Coordination of all ceremony and reception highlights

  • Personal items, gifts, and decor collected and given to preferred friend of family member at the end of the event

  • Consultation after booking to determine design style and budget 

  • Personalized vendor recommendations based on your style and budget consultation

  • In depth cohesive design board covering ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception styling elements, florals, signage, etc. 

  • Budget review and tracking spreadsheet

  • Monthly check in emails to keep you on track + guide you through the planning process

  • Attendance at three separate vendor meetings of your choosing including catering, rentals, floral designer, photographer,  DJ/Band, etc.​

  • Initial timeline drafted early in the planning process to help align vendor services and expectations

  • Two scheduled planning meetings

    •  One meeting 3 months prior to your wedding date, and one meeting after your final venue walkthrough

    • One meeting & final walkthrough at your Venue 1 month prior to your wedding date 

Officiant services

  • Officiation of your wedding ceremony by an ordained professional

  • Personalized ceremony script tailored to your love story

  • Handling of wedding license, including dropping off to the County Clerk's Office 

  • Seamless integration of coordination  & officiant services means ceremony will proceed smoothly and beautifully
